Has been in the organic market for about 20 years. The last 8 years though, we have been focused mostly on organic chicken and organic charcoals from Letland. We buy the chicken products from Germany and Finland.

Several blind tests among the very best chefs at the school of Copenhagen tells, that chickens from these two producers have better taste. Are more tender and juicier. They are simply the best.

BioFino the German company have been active on the German marked for 16 years now. Very German professional like, as we say. They deliver as promised. Whole chicken, leg meat, drumstick, breast, wings, salted chicken, pulled chicken whatever you need, you can get. If they don’t have in assortment, they make it. They have a factory only for special production.

BioFino have their own hatchery, and their own farms which produce the food for the chicken. Own feed mill, and slaughterhouse. All very close in the area around Emstek, at the western part of Germany. This ensure short transport and maximum freshness from start to end product

Maximum security, transparency and traceability. A closed process.

BioFino works under the strictest ecological control – and the products are continuously tested by independent laboratories – which gives maximum safety.

L`Uomo the company from Finland is not as big as Biofino – but can for certain provide the marked with exilent chicken.
